All Sales Are Final
Every Botanical Mouth print is made to order just for you, which means we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. We put a lot of care into every piece, and we want you to love what you receive.
If for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, please reach out to us at hello@botanicalmouth.com before anything else — we'd much rather find a solution than leave you disappointed.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@botanicalmouth.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A photo of the issue
3. A brief description of the problem
We will work with our production partner to evaluate the issue and make it right — whether that’s a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
Refunds
If a refund is approved (due to damage, defect, or incorrect order), you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@botanicalmouth.com.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances: sale items, gift cards, and any items that have been altered or damaged after delivery.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
